Bear Lake

We love going down and spending a week in Bear Lake. This year our week was over the 24th of July and was a little bitter sweet. It was fun to be at Bear Lake but so hard to skip out traditional 24th of July in Delta. Jodi left a little early to go down and spend the 24th in Delta and I think we were all wishing we could have done both.

Braiden is such a GREAT big brother. We took Bryce miniature golfing and it was quite the experience. He held on to his ball the whole time and just wanted to hit mine and Braidens ball the whole time and then he would run and put his in the whole and say "Yeah, I did it!"

On Friday Grandpa and Grandma came up to visit for the day and the wind kicked up big time. The waves were so crazy and Braiden was begging to go swim in them so we headed down to the beach. It was crazy, I didn't know if I was at the lake or the ocean.

I love these boys. Braiden did such an awesome job helping me with Bryce and spent alot of time playing with him. It was so much fun to watch them together.

4th of July

We had a GREAT 4th of July this year doing our traditions at Delta. I was a little nervous to go down there since I haven't been feeling so good but it went really good and I felt good the whole trip except for a little bit at the end of the crash derby. The kids played in the water and rode the tubes like crazy. Bryce would come and ask for his life jacket every time before he got in the lake.

Bryce loved playing in the water with Riley. We bought him this floaty and he would try to lay on it and it would just sink. So, he just pulled it around with him.

We took Bryce on the 3 man tube and right when it started going he gave a thumbs up to Aunt Jodi in the boat and said "go faster". He loved the tube. We were going over some pretty good waves and Bryce would say "look at that wave, holy crap." I was laughing the whole time. Then when we got back Grandpa came over and asked Bryce if he had fun and Bryce said "yah, it scared me right out of crap." Oh my gosh, I don't know where this kid gets the things he says.

Braiden was such a nice big brother to help Bryce float out in the deep where Bryce couldn't reach.

My favorite part....the Delta parade. This is the best parade ever, they throw out so much candy and the kids love how close they can get. It is amazing the things that are in this parade. Everything from horses to princess to tractors and of course the derby cars. The Pulvers come with us and it is pretty funny how many people we have, we almost take up a whole block.

Bryce was right there with the kids grabbing candy and then he would run back and put it in his bag that daddy was holding. He got a little bored half way through and just wanted to run around. After the parade we went back for more boating and then headed off to the derby. We got there 30 minutes early and of course couldn't find a seat so we stood along the gate and watched. It was along time to stand up so we only stayed for half of the derby but we enjoyed it.

Heartbeat

Today we got to go in and listen to the baby's heartbeat. Bryce got really quiet and said "Hey what's that noise?" He didn't understand when we told him what it was and then wanted to try and listen to his.
The doctor confirmed there is only one baby in there!
